Retreats are a popular get-away after finals, or as a way to prepare for the new school year. They provide a great way to develop friendships through the various fun activities, as well as the inspirational times of singing songs of faith, and delving into the scriptures to learn more about God, the meaning of life, and how to live a life of service to others. ISI retreats usually occur in December and September. See Activities Calendar.
After Talk is a way to build international friendships and experience Christian community. The group meets after a local church service, and the sermon is discussed over lunch in a non-threatening atmosphere.
